Your first shop/warehouse will probably be your garage if you are lucky enough to have one.
If you are selling or leasing appliances, you will need warehouse space that can double as a showroom. A showroom should be neat and clean.
You need a covered area where you can work on appliances and have them in various stages of completion. A shop and showroom are usually not compatible. You don't want your sales or leasing customers to see a messy shop full of disassembled appliances and old parts.
